Best time to visit Asia

Our verdict

The best time to visit Asia is November-February

Are you looking for the best time to visit Asia? Well, you’re in the right place! Although Asia is a great destination to visit almost all year round, November-February is the best time to go due to its perfect climate conditions. Around this time of year, flights and accommodation can also be cheaper as it is outside of key peak holiday seasons if you book well enough in advance.

During the peak of the warmer months, temperatures in Shanghai, Asia can rise to a maximum of around 35℃ (95℉). In the colder months such as January, temperatures usually get down to an average minimum of 3℃ (38℉). Temperatures often differ in other areas of Asia though so you can find out more information about this below.

If you want to get the most out of your time visiting Asia, or you’re just afraid of the dark, the days in August are usually the longest between sunrise and sunset. You don’t want to get wet on your holiday, do you? Well if you’re trying to avoid the rain, then steer clear of Asia in June. Head there in April instead if you want to increase your chances of not being rained on.
