The best time to visit Toronto is September-October
In the summer months, temperatures tend to get to a maximum of around 28℃ (83℉). The average low temperatures in winter float around -7℃ (19℉), while the coldest it gets down to is about -11℃ (12℉).
If you’re a sun-chaser and want to visit Toronto when the days are longest, you should visit in July. On average it rains the most days in July, making it the wettest month of the year.
