The best time to visit Tehran is April
The very hottest temperatures in Tehran get to around 38℃ (101℉) in the height of summer. In the colder months such as January, temperatures usually get down to an average minimum of -2℃ (28℉).
If you’re keen to see the sights of Tehran during the day, the sun stays up the longest around August. On average it rains the most days in April, making it the wettest month of the year. Although it’s the wet season, it can often rain a little bit during the day or evening but have fine weather for a majority of the day too, so don’t let this put you off.
