The best time to visit Tokyo is September-October
In the summer months, temperatures tend to get to a maximum of around 33℃ (91℉). In the winter, temperatures can get down to 1℃ (33℉) around January.
If you’re keen to work on your tan in Tokyo, you’re most likely get the longest days between sun-up and sun-down around August. The wet season in Tokyo falls around October, so if you prefer the dryer weather, you should look to visit in December instead.
